Psychologist and coach Karen Neumann knows the reasons behind this—and what truly matters in coaching when leaders aim to foster a constructive approach to conflict. A key aspect is that clients must be willing to examine their own behavioral patterns that fuel conflicts. Furthermore, as a board member of the German Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she supports individuals in crisis—both through coaching and as part of a supervision program for Ukrainian coaches affected by the war.
