Hogan Assessments
I work with the scientifically validated Hogan assessment system (administered online). This measures three perspectives of personality in a professional context:
- Potentials
- Behavior in Stressful Situations
- Values
The results accurately predict your fit for specific career paths. In a subsequent reflection session, you will gain clarity regarding your impact and reputation as a leader, your behavioral patterns in situations involving stress, pressure, or specific triggers, as well as the alignment of your personal value system with the company's values.
As a certified Hogan Assessment Coach, I also utilize this methodology for team building and developing "high-performance teams."
